Began career in 1982 as geophysicist with British National Oil Corporation (BNOC/Britoil plc), evaluating acreage across UK, Dutch, Danish, Irish and Norwegian sectors. Transferred to BNOC Houston office as technical auditor, later seconded to Global Basin Evaluation Team focusing on Africa and Asia. Joined Tullow Oil plc in 1987 as part of the founding technical team. Held positions of Chief Geophysicist (1992–1998) and International Exploration Manager (1998–2006). Key achievements include the discovery and development of the one TCF Bangora gas field in Bangladesh (operated on behalf of Texaco and Chevron), and leading the technical due-diligence on the corporate acquisition of Energy Africa plc in 2004. Founded Blackstairs Energy plc in 2007 (oil field rehabilitation in Romania, exploration in Armenia and Senegal). Co-founded T5 Oil & Gas in 2014, a private London-based company with a portfolio of assets in Gabon. BSc in Geology and MSc in Applied Geophysics from the National University of Ireland. Over 25 years of leadership experience in multiple industries and worldwide regions including North America, Europe and Asia. Extensive hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, purchasing, treasury, financial reporting and control, compliance, human resource management and tax planning. Almost ten years as an expatriate with assignments in Norway, China, the United States and South East Asia. Originally served as consultant to NXT from November 2017 providing controllership services. Previously CFO of Imaging Dynamics Company Limited (2015–2017). Chartered Professional Accountant, CA. PhD in Electrical Engineering. Scholar with a strong academic background and professional experience at a number of universities in China, UK, USA and Canada. Has performed extensive R&D and geophysical survey work worldwide. Credited with the patents on SFD® technology.

MSc in Geophysics with over 20 years of experience with hydrocarbon exploration, development and new venture projects in Asia, the Middle East and Europe (OMV, Schlumberger WesternGeco). Professional geoscientist with experience in seismic data acquisition, processing and evaluation, and in special reservoir studies including AVO, inversion, and seismic forward modelling.

MA in Geology & Geophysics with 25 years dedicated to O&G prospect evaluation and farm-in opportunities in Atlantic Canada, Angola, Eastern Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago (Chevron and PDVSA). Experience with 2D/3D seismic data interpretation and modeling applied to prospect generation, exploration drilling, and new field development management.

Mr. Selby obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University, a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Calgary, and was a registered Professional Engineer and lawyer in the Province of Alberta. Since 2017 he has been President and Director of Caledonian Midstream Corporation, a company that has natural gas and oil production together with a sour natural gas plant and infrastructure in the Alberta foothills and is also the CEO and a director of Wildcat Royalty Corporation. Mr. Selby served as Vice President of Pengrowth Corporation for almost 20 years participating in the growth of that entity to an enterprise value of more than $4 billion. He previously practiced law for two large Canadian law firms, specializing in securities and international transactions primarily in the energy business. As a professional engineer. Mr. Selby worked for Chevron in Canada, the US and Saudi Arabia. He has also served as a director and/or officer of a number of reporting issuers in the oil and natural gas industry including Arakis Energy Corp., with operations in the Sudan. Mr. Selby is the Chairman of NXT. He is also the Chair of the Audit and Disclosure Committees and a member of the Strategic Planning Committee.

Long career as investment company CEO, analyst and portfolio manager. Spent most of his career with Cumberland Associates, LLC, a New York equity fund, from 1986 through retirement in 2010, progressing from analyst/portfolio manager to partner (1989), and Chairman of the Management Committee (1997). Specialized in Cumberland's investments in the energy industry (E&P and service companies), with an emphasis on value and long-term holdings. During his tenure, the fund's AUM ranged from US$0.7 billion to $1.5 billion. Previously with Central National-Gottesman, Inc. as analyst and portfolio manager on a team responsible for a $500 million listed equity portfolio (1984–1986). CEO of E Street Management, LLC from 2016–2020 managing a long/short equity fund of funds. Managing member of Xiling Fund III, LLC (2011–present), a series of private equity funds (US$100M+) specializing in museum-quality Imperial Chinese art. BA (Honors) in Modern Chinese from UC Santa Barbara; Master of International Management from American Graduate School of International Management, Phoenix. Board memberships include Teachers College of Columbia University (2003–present, Chair of Investment Committee), UC Santa Barbara Foundation (2003–present, former Chair of Board of Trustees, Investment and Finance Committees), and former Trustee of the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research (2001–2023). Mr. Valentine is a retired partner at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP, where he has practiced law, both as a barrister and a solicitor, since being admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 1987. He is a member of the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure practice group and is involved in energy-related matters in Canada and throughout the Middle East, Africa, Asia and South America. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie University, and a Master of Laws degree from the London School of Economics. Over the past twenty years, Mr. Valentine has delivered lectures and held workshops around the globe on a wide range of international oil and gas law topics in locations such as Afghanistan, Mozambique, Uruguay, Argentina, Singapore, Dubai, Doha, London, Amsterdam and South Korea. Mr. Valentine is the Corporate Secretary of Touchstone Exploration Inc., and formerly, was a director of two other Canadian public companies, Calvalley Petroleum Inc. (to May 2015) and Veraz Petroleum Ltd. (to December 2012). Mr. Valentine is the Chair of the Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.

Mr. Mork, has served as a Portfolio Manager at Mork Capital Management, LLC in Healdsburg, California since 2021, and in similar roles over the last two decades, drawing on investment sector expertise. Previously, he led Institutional Sales & Research at La Jolla Economics in San Diego. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mr. Mork is an associate of Michael P. President of JST Investment Consulting, a fee-only investment advisory firm founded in Seal Beach in 2011. Over two decades of financial-advisory experience. Previously spent ten years at Ameriprise Financial Services, co-managing and servicing approximately US$220 million in client assets. Studied Finance, Real Estate and Law, and Management Information Systems at California State University, Long Beach. Holds CRPC, AAMS and AWMA designations from the College for Financial Planning. Memberships include the Professional Fiduciary Association of California, National Association of Personal Financial Advisors, Fee-Only Network and Association of Financial Educators. Has served as president of Friends of the Child Development Center and Business Networking International. Member of the Audit, Governance and Compensation Committees.

Corporate consultant to private and public companies since January 2020. Retired from corporate, securities and natural resources law in 2019, most recently as a Senior Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP. Experience includes acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, mergers, takeovers, corporate reorganizations, financings and corporate governance. Has served as a director of several Canadian public companies since retiring. Holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. Joined NXT’s board as Ataraxia Capital’s representative, as announced on July 2, 2026.
